Collins Control & Electric, Inc. (CC&E) has been actively engaged in the electrical contractor industry in northern Colorado since 1980.  Through the years we have broadened into other electrical service related areas but has always maintained a core focus on the responsible use of electrical energy.  Our specialties and focus are creative and innovative projects like generators and solar systems.  We also have developed specialized expertise required for historical preservation projects.  We enjoy our craft, and keep our skills on the leading edge.

Power Assurance

Power Assurance is a joint effort between Collins Control & Electric and our customers.  We provide high quality generators, installation, maintenance, service,  and product warranties.

Your system requires weekly exercises and monitoring at your site or remotely to ensure it is ready for an emergency.

This combination will provide you the best Power Assurance for an optional standby power system.

Operations

Structure/Focus

Collins Control & Electric (CC&E) is actively led by the president of the organization. The CC&E team meets every Monday morning for training, problem solving and scheduling. The idea is for the team to continually evaluate and improve its product and services, with a view toward, “making life better”.

Safety

CC&E operates under a state approved and monitored cost containment safety program.

Insurance

CC&E is insured to $3,000,000.00.

Technical Personnel

CC&E has a well-experienced technical staff of electricians certified by Generac.  We have a Master Electrician on staff.

Ratings and Certifications

We received a “high performance contractor” rating  from the Arizona State University Performance Based Research Group.   This group identifies the performance of construction contractors in order to provide feedback for a continuous improvement program.  Our interest in this is not just to receive a good grade, but to continually improve your satisfaction with our business practices.  Read the one page report here.

Electrical Service Area

We provide electrical contractor services to most communities within a two hour drive from Fort Collins.   This covers Northern Colorado, mountain and plains communities.  We also operate in Southern Wyoming.  Our electrical services are available (but not limited to):  Fort Collins, Loveland,  Estes Park, Berthoud, Longmont, Boulder, Greeley, Evans, Ault, Sterling, Windsor, Livermore,  Longmont,  Red Feather Lakes, Poudre Canyon, Laporte, Cheyenne, Laramie.
