Generator Installation

Generators need to be properly sized, configured for your electrical system, and provisioned with the right pressures and volumes of fuel (propane or natural gas). Automatic transfer switches sense power outages and bring the generator online. We can also prioritize electrical loads so you can succeed with a smaller generator. Properly installed generators start and operate easily even under our high altitude and severe winter conditions. We have developed extensive experience in this process end-to-end, and have many satisfied customers.

Only generators that are properly installed are eligible for the Generac Warranty. If you own a Generac or other generator brand that is not properly installed, we can provide an installation repair or upgrade service.

Our factory certified technicians repair generators with genuine Generac parts.  This is a warranty requirement.   We do our best to be proactive in assessing generator health during the annual maintenance.   If your generator experiences an unexpected problem during an emergency, getting you back in operation is the number one priority of the business.

Periodic Generator Maintenance

Our goal is to give you Power Assurance. We see periodic maintenance as the most proactive way to deliver that. Generators are a combination of an engine coupled to an alternator. The alternator must start reliably and run at a precise speed to generate 60Hz power.

Just like your car, generators need to be used and maintained on a regular basis. We program a short weekly exercise to verify that the generator is ready to perform in a power emergency. We recommend Mobile Link. This allows you and our service department to monitor and manage your standby power system.

In addition, we offer an annual maintenance program to replace, fluids, filters and perform a full evaluation of the generator’s readiness.
